New York Culinary Experience 2012: “Fantasy Camp for Foodies”

Support “The Future Chefs Scholarship Fund” that allows aspiring chefs to  attend a culinary institute.  The New York Culinary  Experience allows participants to take cooking classes with some of  the world’s most renowned chefs including: David Bouley, Jacques Pépin and Jean Georges Vongerichten.

WHEN: April 28th and 29th, 2012
WHERE: International Culinary Center at 462 Broadway in New York City.
More than 30 renowned culinary masters, restaurateurs and industry leaders will direct students through interactive cooking classes.
Students will  also have the opportunity to take part in question-and-answer seminars and attend a private reception for NYCE students and chefs.
The ticket price is $1,395 per person and includes four classes, breakfasts, lunches and the daily closing receptions. To register, visit www.nymag.com or call  646-314-4413.
